We are looking for a German- or English-speaking “Springer”. We care for up to 23 children between 1.5 and school age in a warm, bilingual environment with a team of German and English native speakers. Each caregiver speaks to the children in their mother tongue.

We’re looking for someone with:
• Experience working with children, including younger ones
• The ability to support and respect each child’s individual development with empathy
• Flexibility, reliability, and a friendly, open-minded personality
• Proof of measles vaccination or immunity (required by law)
• Flexible and spontaneous availability
