Are you a passionate educator and a native English speaker looking to join a warm, bilingual community? Humpty Dumpty, a welcoming, parent-run Kita (EKT) in Schöneberg, is looking for you!

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Roses group (ages 1.5–3). Ideally, you are already a certified Integration Educator or are motivated to gain this qualification with our support.

Who we are

Humpty Dumpty is a bilingual daycare center with a strong “big family” feel. We care for 25 children aged 1.5 to 6, divided into two groups (Roses & Birches).
Our team communicates exclusively in their mother tongue (German or English), following the immersion method.

What we are looking for

• German state recognition (staatliche Anerkennung) or a comparable degree in Early Childhood Education / Primary Education from abroad (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma), eligible for recognition in Germany
• Native English speaker or C2 level
• German language skills are helpful for team communication but not required for working with the children
• Empathy, flexibility, a growth-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
